• Personality assessment features

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code or attempt to hack the system
• Share your account with others
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without permission

5. Payment and Credits System

TalentsBot operates on a credit-based payment system. By purchasing credits, you agree to the following terms:

• Credits are purchased as one-time payments and do not auto-renew or require subscriptions
• Each service feature consumes a specific amount of credits as outlined on our pricing page
• Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account only
• Credits do not expire once purchased
• All credit purchases are final and non-refundable
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing for future purchases with notice
• You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance before using services

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TalentsBot and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. However, by uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
